To become a member, we would like to invite you to one of our auditions. It is mainly about getting to know you and getting a sense of your level. Since many of our members have no piano at home, or have not played for a long time, we do not expect the piece to be perfect. You will find more information and the sign-up in our WhatsApp group.

That is true for a lot of people. Just play an old piece you know well. It does not have to be perfect!
Not at all. Our members cover a wide range of levels, from occasional players to prize-winners of Jugend musiziert. Several of them had not played much during their studies and are finding their way back to the piano through the society. The repertoire ranges from classical to film and pop music.
Once you have taken part in an audition, you are officially a member.
As a member you get access to our practice rooms and become part of our community of piano-loving students. There is a piano evening every month, usually a “Composer Appreciation” devoted to one composer, plus at least one concert every semester.
Absolutely not. Taking part in anything is entirely voluntary. You decide whether you use the practice rooms or play at concerts. That said, we are always delighted when someone wants to join in!
Members get access to a practice schedule drawn up each week, where everyone can enter their preferred slot.
Yes. We do not charge admission for our concerts, so we cover our running costs through donations and membership fees. The fee is €20 per year.
